There are three categories of fully automatic self-cleaning filters in FiltEdge, and their working principles are different. However, the first step is to form a filter cake on the surface/inside of the filter element. Once the pressure difference reaches the set value, the filter will automatically clean your system. Backwash filters flush impurities back to the discharge outlet through reverse flow; Scraper type is to scrape off the filter cake on the surface of the filter cartridge with a scraper and send it to the sewage outlet; Candle shaped filter is a process where the filter cake on the filter bag is instantly ejected by backwashing liquid or gas and enters the discharge outlet. Regardless of the cleaning method, your filtration system does not need to be shut down and can be continuously produced.

Our fully automatic self-cleaning filter usually cleans automatically every 5-60 minutes, mainly depending on whether the preset pressure difference is reached. You can also customize how many minutes to clean according to the time, without looking at the pressure difference. The principle of flushing is that the higher the viscosity, the higher the flushing frequency to prevent the filter from being clogged.
