Technical Research and Development Department
FiltEdge coordinates application reviews with SFFILTECH technical support in China. Share drawings, samples and operating conditions so that material selection, construction and available testing can be reviewed. Recommendations depend on the complete application requirements.
Quality Control Department
Quality inspection is coordinated with the manufacturing team in China. Applicable dimensional, material and construction checks are confirmed for the product and order. Available inspection records and third-party testing can be discussed; FiltEdge LLC does not claim an independently certified testing facility.
Supply Chain and Procurement Department
FiltEdge coordinates specifications, supplier availability and shipment planning with SFFILTECH in China. Inventory, transport responsibilities, export documents and delivery dates are confirmed for each order rather than guaranteed by a standing stock program.
Sales and Marketing Department
FiltEdge LLC was established in the United States in 2023 and is supported by SFFILTECH, founded in China in 2006. Our sales team reviews inquiries during business hours and coordinates quotations and product information according to the customer’s application.
After Sales Service Department
After-sales requests are reviewed with the relevant technical and manufacturing teams. Available remote guidance, documentation, warranty coverage and any on-site assistance depend on the product and agreed order terms. Overseas service visits are not a standard commitment.
Comprehensive Support Department
The U.S. inquiry team and China manufacturing support coordinate order records, communication and delivery requirements. Responsibilities and supporting documentation are confirmed according to each project.
