Replacement bags: Share a sample, drawing and operating conditions so our team can review suitable replacement options.
Trial orders and samples: Availability, quantity, charges, freight and timing are confirmed in the quotation.
Technical cooperation: Application-specific development can be discussed after reviewing the project requirements.
Trading&Supply Chain Services
Shipping coordination: Available trade terms, freight arrangements, export documentation and customs responsibilities are confirmed for each order and destination. Customer-nominated forwarders can be discussed.
Procurement support: FiltEdge coordinates filtration products with SFFILTECH manufacturing in China and relevant suppliers, subject to specification and availability review.
Delivery planning: Split shipments, direct delivery and inventory arrangements require separate confirmation. No standing U.S. stock or warehousing program is implied.
Technical&After Sales Support
Documentation review: Tell us the documents and market requirements for your specific product. Available manufacturer certificates and test reports are reviewed for their issuing entity, applicable model, scope and validity; they are not blanket certifications of FiltEdge LLC or every product.
Installation support: Available manuals, remote guidance and training arrangements depend on the product and project.
After-sales support: Our team reviews requests during business hours. Response timing, warranty terms and any on-site service must be agreed for the order; overseas dispatch is not a standard commitment.
