FiltEdge cartridges and screens are designed to be rugged and durable, with a service life of 2-5 years (depending on the liquid), during which time they generally do not need to be replaced. Later on, when they need to be replaced, they are also easy to replace because our industrial self-cleaning filters have a quick-change design.
FiltEdge’s industrial self-cleaning filters require no downtime during cleaning. Backwash and squeegee filters can be partially cleaned while filtering; candle filters have separate filtration and cleaning processes, but no downtime is required, and the filter elements can automatically return to a clean state and be put back into the next filtration.
Our industrial self-cleaning filters can handle liquids up to 150°C by choosing the right seal material. The regular pressure of our filters is 0.6-1.0MPa, and you can customize the filters for ≤2.5MPa.
The amount of cleaning water is not large, usually 1%-2% of the treatment flow rate, which is very energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The slag discharge of our filters depends on the solid content of your liquid, usually 1%-10% of the processed liquid, and the moisture content of the solid slag can be <20%, which reduces the drying process and saves costs for you.
