This mainly depends on whether your filter is operated manually by a single unit, used in parallel or fully automatic self-cleaning. Single manually operated high-flow filter housings can’t avoid downtime, but we have a quick-open structure design, which allows you to quickly finish the replacement by one person and shorten the downtime. In parallel mode, it can realize 24 hours without downtime, when you need to replace the filter bag/cartridge, through the valve connected by 2 filters, all the slurry will be introduced into the other device, and after replacement, it will be opened for use again; if it is a full-automatic self-cleaning filter, it can be operated 24 hours without downtime without manual operation, and it will be cleaned while filtering.
The biggest difference is the acceptance of the flow rate, as well as the internal flow path design. High-flow filter housing in order to accept large flow, the shell will be very large, the corresponding material will be used more sturdy, thick wall thickness, in order to cope with the flow impact and pressure, will not be like ordinary filters using plastic shell.
