Maximum flow rate up to 40m³/h, #1/#2/#3/#4 bags are available. Suitable for low flow or intermittent conditions, with excellent cost performance.
According to different flow requirements, can be adapted to 2-24 bags, the highest flow rate of up to 1000 + m³ / h. Especially suitable for high flow, low viscosity conditions.
The same two bag housings can be used to switch the liquid from the main filter to the backup filter when the filter bag needs to be replaced, realizing 24-hour non-stop operation.

The choice depends mainly on the impurity content of the liquid to be filtered and the flow rate. Generally speaking, for flow rates of less than 40 m³/h, single bag housings are more suitable. For high flow rates, e.g. 1000 m³/h, multi-bag housings are preferred.
Stainless steel bag housings are normally used, but the temperature resistance depends on the seal material, e.g. Viton/PTFE seals can reach temperatures up to 150 °C. Provide us with the chemical properties and temperature of the liquid you need to filter and we will help you to choose.
This is most likely due to a gas level being discharged from the bag housings tank or a water hammer effect during startup. You can install an exhaust valve to evacuate the gas before feeding the liquid. Also install a slow start valve in the front section of the filtration system to avoid the instantaneous shock of high pressure.
