When you need to change the filter bag, you can have the two filters pause and turn on simultaneously for the purpose of pausing the main unit and using the backup unit. In this way, you will have time to change the bag and maintain the operation of the main machine, and it will not cause the trouble of production line downtime.
Yes, it will work fine. However, it is best to make a detailed solution depending on the nature of your liquid. Usually, either you increase the number of filter bags and expand the capacity of the equipment to reduce the flow rate and pressure drop; or you choose to use jacketed thermal insulation filter housing according to the nature of the liquid to reduce the viscosity of the liquid after heating it to achieve the purpose of high efficiency filtration.-
