How do I determine when a 100-micron filter cartridge needs to be replaced?

When the inlet-outlet pressure difference (ΔP) reaches the preset alarm value of 2.0–2.5 bar, check if there is a noticeable drop in downstream flow; if so, replace the cartridge immediately.

Can the FiltEdge 100-micron filter cartridge be cleaned and reused?

This depends on the material. The stainless steel series supports ultrasonic cleaning or backwashing; however, the PP spunbond and pleated series are single-use consumables, and cleaning is not recommended. Metal mesh filter cartridges can be reused after backwashing, while polymer-based cartridges should be replaced directly to ensure filtration precision.
