FiltEdge’s plastic bag filter housings are mainly made of PP/PVDF, PP can cope with most of the low-pressure liquid filtration processes, which is a cost-effective filtration solution, while PVDF is mainly used in chip/semiconductor/pure water and other processes with particularly high requirements, which can ensure the purity of your process.

These 2 types of plastic filter housings are made of one-piece molding technology with no welding seams to reduce the risk of leakage, and the sturdy housing can better withstand the pressure, providing you with a stable filtration system. Are Plastic Bag Filter Housings Really Safe at High Temperatures?

FiltEdge’s PP plastic bag filter housings are typically used at temperatures up to 70°C and PVDF plastic filter housings are used at temperatures up to 90°C. The temperature of the plastic filter housings increases as the structure of the plastic increases. As the temperature increases, the structure of the plastic will become unstable, resulting in a decrease in pressure capacity. Our engineers will provide you with the “pressure-temperature derating curve” according to the actual use temperature of your working conditions to ensure stable operation within a safe temperature.

Is Your PVDF Plastic Bag Filter Housing Pure? Is There Any Additive Precipitation?

Our PVDF plastic bag filter housings are not only made of pure PVDF, but also of PVDF, including the internal support blues. It does not contain fillers and colors. It can guarantee that it will not precipitate metal ions when filtering your liquids, as well as maintain extremely low TOC levels.

If My Plastic Bag Filter Housing Is Broken, Can I Weld It To Repair It?

We don’t recommend you to do welding operation, because our plastic filter housing is molded in one piece, which will be more resistant to pressure.
