The Hydrophobic Filter Cartridge is the perfect solution to the industrial pain point of “instant clogging when water vapor is encountered, and the gas resistance soars and causes production line shutdown”, as it is naturally endowed with the micro-physical properties of “water-phobic and water-repellent”. It is like a layer of gas molecules and non-polar solvents are allowed to pass through, but all the water droplets dead outside the “super shield”. The machine uses an intelligent multi-axis fully automatic folding machine with a precise Constant Tension Control System to fold the imported high-quality single or double-layer PTFE hydrophobic film with the nonwoven infusion layer. During the folding process, the machine is able to strictly control the error of folding height (Pleat Height) within, so that the folding density (Pleat Density) is increased by 25% compared with the traditional equipment. This directly contributes to the large effective filtration area of the cartridge (based on a standard 10-inch cartridge), lower initial pressure drop and extremely high air throughput.
