Cartridge Filter Vessel Design Drawings
We can provide you with 2D/3D CAD model drawings, you only need to provide your process parameters, our team of engineers will produce cartridge filter housing program drawings for you after reviewing your requirements, so that you can better docking system, reduce the chance of choosing the wrong filter.

Customized Cartridge Filter Vessel
Processes are different and require cartridge filter vessels that cannot be of the conventional type, especially for large projects. We at FiltEdge, as a cartridge filter vessel manufacturer, are able to customize your filters, including flow rate, pressure, temperature, linkage, skid mounting, etc., as well as branding and packaging. Creating a filter that better suits your process and helps you tap into the market.
Certifications for Cartridge Filter Vessel
Confirm the applicable design requirements and available inspection records for the selected vessel. Any third-party inspection requires prior agreement; no blanket ISO or CE product approval is implied.

Packaging of Cartridge Filter Vessel
For small cartridge filter vessels, we use foam inside to protect the critical parts, fixed with wrap-around film and placed in fumigation-free wooden crates to prevent the filter parts from scattering and collision. For large cartridge filter vessels, we will place steel racks in the container to fix them, so that you can receive the filters in good condition.
Applications for Cartridge Filter Vessel
Cartridge Filter Vessel is commonly used in industries that require high precision filtration, and you can choose to use high flow cartridge filter vessel according to the size of the flow rate, hygiene requirements, with application-specific review of available material documentation.
Water treatment: RO/UF pre-filtration, seawater desalination.
Petrochemical: solvents, acid and alkali liquids, fuel oils
Food and beverage: beer, syrup, dairy products
Pharmaceutical: activated carbon filtration, sterile water pre-filtration

This depends mainly on the chemical nature of the liquid you are filtering with your cartridge filter vessels. For industrial water and mildly corrosive chemicals, you can choose SS304; for food, pharmaceuticals and highly corrosive liquids, SS314 is safer and less prone to leakage; for more severe conditions, use duplex steel, or hastelloy.
FiltEdge’s cartridge filter vessels are designed with precision machined internal partitions and strong spring-loaded compression caps to ensure that there is no liquid bypass under high pressure conditions.
Of course it can, the maximum temperature of CIP cleaning and SIP sterilizing is only 135℃, but our filter housing can withstand high temperature over 200℃, and the seals can be made of PTFE or Viton, which can ensure that it will not be deformed in high temperature environment, and will still be sealed tightly without leakage.
Spare-parts availability, shipment origin and dispatch timing are confirmed per order.
