The precision of the high-flow cartridge can reach up to 1μm, which is mainly suitable for water treatment with low viscosity and high flow rate.
Conventional Cartridge Filter Housings: Multiple 2.5″ DOE, Code 7 (226 / Fin), Code 3 (222 / Flat), and Code 8 (222 / Fin) cartridges are installed in a single housing to fulfill your high flow requirements. We offer these high flow cartridge filters for high efficiency filtration down to the micron level, with an accuracy of 0.1 μm. You can use them in industries that require high accuracy, such as pharmaceutical products and semiconductor wafer cleaning.

This depends on your flow rate, the number of cartridges used, and the height of your plant. For filters below 7round 6″ diameter, vertical structure is generally adopted; for filters with more than 7 cartridges or 60 inches long cartridges, we recommend you to use horizontal structure, which is convenient for you to carry out maintenance in the later stage.
Of course we do. You can choose O-rings made of EPDM/Viton/PTFE/Silicone Rubber according to the liquid to be filtered. We also provide spare top platens and locating pins on request.
For small high flow cartridge filter housings, we usually ship them to you in foam padded and heavy duty non-fumigated wooden crates. For larger units, we use customized steel bases, anti-vibration foam and film inside the container to keep it stable inside the container and avoid bumping.
