Standard Packaging Methods
• PE Inner Bags + Cartons
Each filter bag is placed in a clean polyethylene (PE) bag to prevent dust or moisture, then packed into corrugated cartons.
Ideal for liquid filter bags and small-sized dust bags.
• PE Inner Bags + Woven Outer Bags
For bulk orders or long filter bags, individual PE bags are used inside, with durable woven plastic outer bags for external protection.
Lightweight and cost-effective.
• Cartons + Palletized Wrapping
For international shipments or container loading, cartons are stacked on wooden or plastic pallets, then stretch-wrapped and strapped.
Ensures safe stacking and forklift handling.
• Customized Crates (Optional)
For large-size or sensitive filter elements, custom wooden crates or foam-padded boxes are used to avoid deformation during transit.
Used for export or high-end products.
Additional Packaging Features
• Product Labels: Include product model, batch number, material, and company logo.
• Handling Stickers: Fragile and Keep Dry warnings for safe transportation.
• Vacuum Compression: Optional for liquid filter bags to save space.
