Working Temperature of Glass Fiber Filter Bag
Your glass fiber filter bag is woven from inorganic fibers made of minerals such as quartz sand. It does not contain organic components, so it will not decompose when heated like synthetic fibers. It can provide you with a continuous working temperature within 260°C and can instantly withstand high temperature shocks of 280-300°C.

In your high-temperature working environment, glass fiber filter bags not only face high temperatures, but may also encounter corrosive flue gas, moisture or explosive dust. For these special working conditions, you can choose to surface treat the glass fiber filter bag:
- PTFE coating: isolate your filter bag from corrosive flue gas, improve filtration accuracy, and reduce dust adhesion
- Silicone oil treatment: enhances the water and oil repellency of your filter bag and prevent acid condensation corrosion
- Graphite treatment: provide antistatic protection for your filter bag and enhance high temperature stability
