Our current production base covers approximately 100,000 square feet, and we are constructing a new plant spanning over 210,000 square feet, expected to commence production in the coming years.
Equipped with advanced production facilities, including 3 needle-punching production lines, 6 automatic filter bag sewing lines, PTFE membrane production lines, and fiberglass filter fabric weaving machines, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. Monthly production capacity reaches 1 million standard filter bags.

Flexible service production

• Multiple filter materials: can support polyester, aramid, acrylic, fiberglass, P84, PPS, PTFE, FMS, Choose from various filter materials such as basalt, PE, PP, Nylon, etc., and recommend the most suitable filter material based on customer operating conditions.
• Special processes: We have surface treatment processes such as needle punching, singeing and calendering, PTFE coating, water and oil repellent, anti-static, etc; There are processing techniques such as ultrasonic cutting, three wire locking, hot melt welding, steel ring sealing, elastic bands, etc; And production processes such as high-temperature resistance, multi-layer structure, and shaped filter bags.
• Customization capability: undertake non-standard size customization (such as diameter, length, interface shape, etc.), install customer logos and anti-counterfeiting labels.
• Quick response: Complete sample making from design, selection, fabric, to finished filter bag within one week. Accept 100 small trial orders or customer emergency restocking.

Quality Control Assurance

While maintaining efficient output, we adhere to 100% batch testing of raw materials, including fabric filter materials produced by our own factory, as well as purchased accessories such as sewing threads, steel rings, etc
There are three quality inspection checkpoints in the production process, with 100% initial inspection during start-up, 15% sampling of products from the same batch during production, and another 1.5% defect rate sampling after producing finished filter bags.
If required by the customer, 3-5 samples can be randomly selected and sent to a third-party laboratory for testing.

Delivery Capability

We rely on our self-built warehousing center and strategic logistics cooperation, and our goal is to deliver goods to domestic provinces and cities within 2-5 days; Export orders will be declared within 7 working days (such as Shanghai Port, Ningbo Port, Lianyungang Port, etc).
