What filter bag materials are available? How to choose the right one?

FiltEdge offers common materials including Polyester, Acrylic, Aramid (Nomex), Fiberglass, P84, PPS, FMS, PTFE, Basalt, PE, PP, and Nylon. Customized materials are also available. Material selection depends on factors such as the filtration medium (acid/alkaline/oil), operating temperature, and filtration precision (micron rating). Our engineers are available to assist you with free technical consultation.

How is filtration accuracy (e.g., 1μm, 5μm) tested? Can you provide test reports?

We test filter media in our in-house lab using ISO 16889 standards or laser particle size analyzers. Third-party testing is available upon request.

Do you offer filter bags with special properties such as anti-static, flame-retardant, or antibacterial?

Yes, we support customization with features such as conductive fibers (anti-static), flame-retardant coatings, water/oil repellency, PTFE membrane, high-temperature resistance, and chemical resistance. Please provide your specific application requirements.

Do your products comply with EU/US market standards?

Our air filtration products are CE certified. Liquid filter bags used in the food industry comply with FDA and REACH regulations. We also offer customized certification services as needed.

Can you provide complete compliance documents such as MSDS or COA?

For products used in medical and hygiene applications, we can provide MSDS and COA. For special documents (e.g., TUV certification), please inform us in advance.

Do you support OEM/ODM services? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, we offer OEM/ODM services, including customized dimensions, materials, shapes, packaging, and logo printing. MOQ depends on the customization, typically ranging from 100 to 1,000 pieces. Samples can be provided within 3–10 days.

What is your production lead time? Is expedited production available?

For standard filter bags or orders under 500 pcs, lead time is 7–15 days. For complex filter media or large-volume orders, lead time is 15–30 days. Expedited production may be available depending on capacity and may incur additional charges.

Does your pricing include tax and shipping? Do you offer volume discounts?

Prices are usually quoted EXW or FOB (excluding tax and shipping). Other terms are available upon request. Volume-based tiered discounts are available for long-term partners or large orders—please contact our sales team for details.

What payment methods do you accept? Can you accept Letters of Credit (L/C)?

We accept TT, L/C, and other standard payment methods. Please discuss any alternative methods with our sales team. New customers are required to make a 30%–50% advance payment for the first order.

Is your packaging moisture-proof and damage-resistant? Can you print customized shipping marks?

Our standard packaging includes dust-proof bags and reinforced cartons. Shipping marks (e.g., PO numbers, special labels) can be printed according to your specifications.

How do you handle quality issues?

We offer a 3-month warranty. For quality-related issues, we can provide replacements or refunds upon submission of test reports and product photos. For non-quality-related returns, please refer to the contract.
